Charity number 508587 Coventry and Warwickshire Kidney Patients Association is a support group for renal patients and families in the Coventry and Warwickshire area predialysis dialysis and transplant. We hold regular events for our patients raise funds to improve their lives and promote kidney disease awareness. Renal patients attending George Eliot Rugby Stratford Heathcote Warwick Clay Lane and University Hospital Coventry Warwickshire are all part of Coventry Warwickshire Kidney Patients Association. If you would like to support our kidney charity by fundraising or making a donation we would be very pleased to hear from you.
