Wyre Forest Talking Newspaper provides weekly audio tapes of extracts from local newspapers in the Wyre Forest area of Worcestershire (Kidderminster, Stourport,Bewdley). This service is for blind and visually impaired people of the area. It is also for people for whom handling a traditional newspaper is difficult/impossible by reason of some other disability. The service is provided by volunteers

Wyre Forest Talking Newspaper Home The Wyre Forest Talking Newspaper WFTN is a registered charity. WFTN provides a weekly reading of local newspapers for blind and partially sighted people in the Wyre Forest area of North Worcestershire. It is a free service run entirely by volunteers and is available to anyone who has difficulty reading or holding a newspaper. It is distributed to listeners on a memory stick that plays on the provided player or may be plugged into the listeners own player.
