THE TOWNELEY HALL SOCIETY
Towneley Hall Society Home Page
The Society was formed in 1965 to establish a circle of friends of Towneley Hall. The aim is to help stimulate public interest in the Hall and to protect, preserve and enhance the amenities of the Hall (and gardens). There are also social events at Christmas and Easter. These raise money to provide amenities for the Hall.

MEMBERS MESSAGE BOARD Our March lecture was My Detecting Adventures in which John Bradbury entertained society members with his exploits during the thirty six years he has been detecting. With Easter approaching we start to give a bit of thought to our Bank Holiday popup stalls offering books bricabrac jigsaws and toys. All we need is fine weather and the help of our volunteers and stuff to sell of course. Childrens books and modern paperbacks in decent condition are especially required give Rita a ring or message to arrange collection.
