We help young people gain the skills they need to shine bright Based in Sedgley and part of the Dudley Scout District we are one of the largest and most active Scout Groups in Dudley every week our young people aged 618 experience everyday adventure and take part in our excellent Scouting programme. Welcome to1st Sedgley As one of the oldest Groups in the country our history dates back to 1910 just three years after Baden Powell founded the Scout Movement. Our members wear the traditional red neckerchief that all of the original groups proudly bear. Since 1910 our dedicated teams have progressed with the times producing exciting dynamic and modern programmes for our young people while teaching life skills and having plenty of fun along the way.
