Quaker Peace Studies Trust exists to support the University of Bradford's Peace Studies and International Development department, the first dedicated peace studies academic department in the world, and peace education more generally
The purpose of the Trust is the advancement of learning and knowledge by the study of the nature of peace and the methods by which peace can be developed. It does this by the financing of research, teaching and enabling the study of peace studies at the Department of Peace Studies at the University of Bradford
