We are LinkAbility Established in 1989 By a group of parents of children with Learning Disabilities Supporting people to live life to the full In 1989 a group of parents of children with learning disabilities got together and decided that they wanted something better for their children in transition to adulthood than was available at the time. With the help of local and national charities professional people and social services LinkAbility was created. Discover what we do and why we do it When someone comes to us requesting our help we listen to the views of the person needing that help the views of the people who know them well and views of the people who care for them most. Collectively we produce a person centred plan for care and support.
