We want a better life for people with experience of mental distress so they can live full lives and play their part in society. We work with people in a variety of ways and settings to help overcome barriers to engaging in the community and to encourage them to move forward to achieving their potential and aspirations.

Services We are Herefordshires local mental health charity. Supporting residents across Herefordshire we offer a range of services from our evening safe haven to residential housing.
