Friends of Children in Romania
Friends of Children in Romania is a charity which provides a secure and happy home for children who would otherwise have none. The charity relieves poverty and sickness, educates and preserves health for Romanian children and adults. The charity cares for orphaned or discarded children. They live as families in three houses with Romanian "mothers" giving them love and security. They are brought up as Romanian families and educated to the very best of their abilities. Friends of Children in Romania Welcome Our two small houses in the Carpathian Mountains in Romania provide a secure and happy home to children whose own parents have been unable to look after them. Here they become part of a family a warm nurturing and stable environment where they are looked after until they become independent adults. We rely completely on voluntary donations to run these homes so your support is always very much appreciated. Friends of Children in Romania FCR works in cooperation with the regional Department of Child Protection.
