Welcome To Flame Trust Christmas and the New Year was overshadowed by the loss of Maurice Daves brother who passed away peacefully at the Care Home on 20th December 2024. Maurices illness was diagnosed exactly 12 months ago and the journey for him close friends and family has been tough but he is now free from all discomfort and promoted to a far better place. Dave writes I have been overwhelmed by the expressions of love and support as we walk through the Valley of the Shadow. Although expected outside of miraculous intervention Maurices death was still a shock as it all happened so quickly but messages letters and cards have eclipsed the normal Christmas mail and have brought reassurance of love and support.
