LCPS genderaware and holistic training is provided to a wide range of individual and groups including women and girls school children frontline staff community groups organisations for the elderly and people with physical and learning disabilities. If you have concerns about your personal safety the safety of your family friends colleagues employees students and clients and want to develop skills and effective responses to prevent and protect from violence we can help you. Free Personal Safety and Selfdefence Training From 1981 until 2013 we were able to keep all our training Free to individuals.
