Blackdown Support Group – Helping Those In Need Of Support

We aim to relieve sickness, loneliness and isolation by connecting local people in need with local volunteers who can offer them practical support. We are a registered charity located in the Blackdown Hills, on the Somerset/Devon border. We have a network of volunteers across the area offering various social and practical services to local people who are isolated and/or finding life difficult. Services include community transport, disabled access assistance, social groups, volunteer visiting, footcare, advocacy and advice and support.
