Ealing Talking Newspapers A free service for blind and partially sighted persons About Ealing Talking Newspapers Registered Charity no. 1029211 make a weekly audio recording of the local news for blind and partially sighted people. Articles are read from the Ealing Gazette and other local sources as well as material of general interest for visually impaired people. The recording is copied onto standard USB memory sticks and mailed to listeners every Friday afternoon giving visually impaired people the opportunity to hear the local news just one day after the paper appears in the shops.
