The Quiet Mind Centre We dont believe that therapy should be exclusive. We all need help from time to time. The Quiet Mind Centre established in 1984 offers therapy and counselling on a donationonly basis to those on low incomes. We have a handful of staff and dozens of volunteers who all share the same goal providing accessible support to those in need.
