u3a South East London Welcome Our u3a is part of a national u3a movement that promotes lifelong learning. Our approach is summed up in the phrase Learn Laugh Live. Our 600 members are no longer in fulltime employment so they have the opportunity to participate in and contribute to our 70 or so interest groups which are organised and led by members themselves using their lifeskills knowledge and enthusiasm. We meet in community centres and members homes mainly across the boroughs of Greenwich and Lewisham although some of our members come from further afield.
