The Trust teaches Yoga and Vedanta applied philosophy, through Hatha Yoga and meditation courses, Yoga Days and Retreats. We work for the wellbeing and upliftment of everyone irrespective of sexual orientation, age, religion, colour or profession covering physical and mental health issues, domestic abuse, poverty, unemployment, housing and homelessness, bereavements, public service sector etc.

Donate in support of Santana Dharma authentic yoga and meditation teachings Abhedashram Abhedashram was established to uphold and promote the teaching study and practice of Yoga and Vedanta and to enhance physical and mental health and wellbeing in daily life. Teachings include Hatha Yoga yogic meditation Bhagavat Gita Yoga Sutra of Patanjali upanishads and the Vedanta in the tradition of Sri Bhagavatpada Shankaracharyas Advaita. In 2016 UNESCO inscribed Yoga as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. The Trust was established in the continent in 1972 and 1981 in Great Britian.
