Home We are the South West Ministry Training Course South West Ministry Training Course SWMTC provides parttime training which is Christcentred worldengaging and rooted in local communities. Our students are lay and ordained people learning generously together. We learn we laugh and we cry together as we come together staff and students to continue to discern the call of God in our lives. Although our foundation is in the Church of England in Devon and Cornwall we welcome students from other traditions and elsewhere to join us in learning and worshipping together.
