Welcome to Harefield Transplant Club Were a registered charity that supports people at Harefield Hospital who have had or are waiting for heart or lung transplants. We also support their families carers and relatives. Our hope is that all pre and post transplant patients and their families feel supported at every stage of their transplant journey. We use a membershipmodel to help fund our work and projects.
