Supporting Independence Enriching Lives Rutland House Community Trust Welcome The Trust began life in 1989 when two local people Hazel and Terry Jeffery identified that there were no services locally for people with learning disabilities. Their vision was to build a residential home in Oakham for local people and after some years of fundraising Willowbrook opened its doors in May 1995. Rutland House Community Trust is the areas foremost provider of services for adults with learning disabilities. Residential Care Willowbrook is a registered residential service for adults with learning disabilities run by Rutland House Community Trust in Oakham Rutland.
