Hope House and Gippeswyk Educational Trust The object of the charity is to promote the education of young people under 21 who are in need of financial assistance and are resident in the area of Ipswich. This is done by making grants to them as individuals or to organisations that provide these services to young people. All grants made are at the discretion of the Trustees who normally define the area of benefit as being Suffolk within a 12 mile radius of Ipswich Town centre. The Trustees also consider applications from organisations frequently charities and schools which are looking for financial help in providing other facilities which benefit young people who meet the criteria set out above and are outside the scope of local authority funding.
