u3a Alcester Alcester u3a was set up in 1992 and now has more than 350 members. It was the first of five local u3as covering South Warwickshire and has established a reputation for being friendly and welcoming. u3a members draw upon their skills knowledge and experience to teach and learn from each other and we ask our members to consider how they can contribute to this such as by joining the Committee starting or helping with an interest group preparing refreshments or befriending new members. Our monthly meetings for members are normally held on the first Tuesday of each month at 2.
