South Oxfordshire Mencap Society The Voice of Learning Disability South Oxfordshire Mencap Society The Voice of Learning Disability Who We Are South Oxfordshire Mencap Society is a local charity serving the communities of HenleyonThames and the surrounding areas. Our purpose is to provide people with learning disabilities opportunities to enjoy their lives more fully. We do this by offering regular respite activities allowing people with learning disabilities to engage with and integrate into the general community. Currently we support an active group of around 50 people with special needs.
