Welcome Hear us play About US Flutes Co Cumbrias flute orchestra is thriving at almost thirty years old. The group is led by Musical Director Sue Nicholls and boasts almost 40 members from primary school students to the retired Grade 3 to postdiploma spanning a forty mile radius from our Kendal base. We perform in three concerts per year Summer Christmas and a joint performance with Glasgows flute choir Flutes Unlimited in which we alternate between Cumbrian venues and those in the Central Belt of Scotland. We add further performance and fun playing opportunities with a pop up Christmas Carol Concert at Rydal Cave and outdoor semispontaneous events across Summer.
