Welcome A warm welcome to the Bangor Music Festival 2025 where theres something for everyone in the various concerts workshops talks and community events that takes place over a period of three days. This year we also celebrate the 25th festival since its founding in 2000 and the theme is music within the arts. Music has changed significantly since those early adventures but the Festivals core aims however have remained consistent throughout the quarter of a century. There is the same emphasis on new music that challenges and inspires with new commissions by six composerssound artists in addition to Music and Film students from Bangor University responding creatively within the Festival theme.
