South East London ME Support Group (SELMESG)
Run by user-volunteers, mainly ME/CFS sufferers, this charity aims to provide information, support and assistance to help fellow members understand, manage and recover from ME. We offer:- monthly meetings, quarterly newsletter, lending library, social events, therapeutic activities, informal support networks.

Welcome to our website. We are a user run charity for people living with myalgic encephalomyelitischronic fatigue syndrome MECFS and allied conditions and their carers. Many people with these conditions are unable to live a normal life so a sense of isolation is very common. Our members vary widely in the severity of their symptoms from those that struggle to remain in the workforce to the bedbound.
