Kenya Orphans Fund UgandaProjectBringing hope to some of the poorest children in the world KOFUP is a charitable trust which was founded to relieve poverty sickness and distress among orphans and vulnerable children living in Kenya and Uganda. Without parents or adult guardians orphaned children face a daily struggle with hunger insecurity and despair. We support communitybased projects that provide for the childrens basic needs education and psychosocial development. KOFUP was begun in the year 2000 as a response to the plight of the many children in SubSaharan Africa who live in extreme poverty or have been orphaned by diseases such as HIVAids.
