FOYCS - Friends of Young Carers, Swindon
The focus of the charity's work is to provide help and support to children and young people caring for a member of their family who may be disabled or suffering from mental health problems , substance misuse or have a long term or terminal illness. Young carers benefit by being involved in a range of activities to have a break from their caring responsibilities and regain their childhood.

FOYCs Improving the lives of Young Carers in Swindon Welcome to Friends of Young Carers Swindon We are a charitable trust formedin 2002 with the sole aim of improving the lives of hundreds of children under the age of 18 have a life outside of their caring responsibilities. We enable them to behave like children and be treated like children rather than the routine adult world they invariably live in. But we need your help to continue our work. So far more than900 Young Carers have been identified in Swindon alone but we believe there are more.
