Selsey First Responders Selsey CFR Helping to save lives in the community. Volunteer as a Community First Responder today Since 2001 the Selsey First Responders who are a group of volunteers trained by the South East Coast Ambulance Trust SECAmb to respond to 999 calls have been providing lifesaving emergency treatment within Selsey. Each CFR is equipped with a Defibrillator and Oxygen. Early defibrillation in the event of a cardiac arrest greatly increases the patients chances of survival.
