Operating Theatre

Operating Theatre produces professional plays and workshops on health related themes for the purposes of education and generating debate. Our main audiences are health professionals in training and conference delegates. We are increasingly working with more general audiences and our ultimate aim is to change perspectives on health by generating empathy for previoulsy unexperienced situations.

This highly acclaimed research project was presented in Newcastle Upon Tyne on the 21st of January. We have contributed a 5minute film called Better for Everyone to reflect some of the changes the children and young people are calling for and we are now disseminating the film so that it reaches as many people as possible.
