PDREC is an independent and impartial registered charity working across Devon to promote equality of opportunity and to eliminate racial discrimination. To work towards the elimination of racial discrimination; and to promote equality of opportunity, and good relations, between persons of different racial groups especially in the region known as Devon, including Plymouth, Exeter and Torbay.
