Pioneers Leading The Way
Pioneers Leading the Way is an Eduactional charity that recruits, trains, CRB checks and places volunteer mentors. The mentors provide one to one support for young people in varying localities throughout Birmingham. Pioneers facilitate the training for Mentors including in house mentor preparotory training, Accreditation with Asdan CVQ, work based experience and career advice.

Upcoming Events From the Blog Pioneers Leading The Way Pioneers Leading the Way is at the forfront of developing projects and initiatives for young people and adults. We specailise in raising self esteem confidence and motivation. Pioneers strive to support and engage with all communities. In the past 12 months we have delivered contracts with the European Social Fund Birmingham and Black Country Foundation Awards for All National Lottery Reaching Communities Fund and in conjunction with schools in Birmingham.
