Supporting local young people struggling with their wellbeing and mental health, to thrive. The Source Young People's Charity is an inclusive local Christian Charity. We support and empower Young People aged 14-25 years living in Aldershot and the surrounding areas through bespoke 1 - 1 programmes and group work.

Building confidence increasing resilience and improving selfesteem The Source is a charity committed to supporting young people in Aldershot and surrounding areas. We are here to help local young people are struggling with their general wellbeing and mental health leading to issues such as depression anxiety lack of confidence low selfesteem isolation selfharm relationship issues and suicidal thoughts. According to NHS Childrens Commissioner in 2022 1 in 5 children and young people aged 7 to 16 years and 1 in 4 young people aged 17 to 19 years have a probable mental health condition.
