Our aim is to encourage young physically and/or sensory disabled people between the ages of 16-25 yrs to build a social network of non-disabled friends through one to one buddying. We also encourage disabled youngsters to play a fuller role in their community through active participation in the running of the charity as well as taking part in and organising educational and group social activities.

Welcome to Young and Free we are a buddying and befriending service for disabled young people with physical and sensory impairments aged 1625 in the Bristol area. As well as groupwide events in a range of locations we also can offer a social outlet on a 11 basis which we actively encourage.
