SUPPORTING YOUNG PEOPLE FOR OVER 75 YEARS Welcome to Addison Youth Addison Youth is an independent grantmaking charity. We fund organisations supporting the development of children and young people between the ages of 8 and 25 in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. Since our inaugural grant year 202021 we have given over 300000 to organisations delivering services in the area you can see a list of these organisations on the Community Partners section of the website. We will be open for applications for the 202425 grant round from 1st December 2024.
