Harlow Steelband offers FREE weekly classes for young people in Harlow. No music experience required Harlow Steelband offers local young people the chance to take part in weekly steel pan workshops. The band runs rehearsal sessions with a tutor week in Harlow. These sessions are free for all young people to join. The band offers a very different musical ensemble to other local music groups, as young people require no existing musical ability to join the band.
