Get Involved Today. The ACC is committed to breaking down barriers promoting participation and community cohesion as well as facilitating a better understanding of African culture within our local community. The African Community Centre Wales ACCWales is operated by the AfricanAfrican Community in partnership with indigenous Welsh people throughout Wales. Since those early days the ACC has become a place where not only African and African Caribbean people can call home but where people from all diverse cultures can find a welcome and a listening ear.
