Our activities and aim is to create a place of peace for people within the North East Derbyshire, Amber Valley and Derbyshire Dales area, to access methods to enhance their mental wellness and inner peace through meditation. Accessible and inclusive the aim of teaching modern Buddhist meditation and practice is to help people find methods to alleviate stress and find greater happiness.

Welcome To Heart Jewel Kadampa Buddhist Centre Our meditation centre is a special welcoming place of tranquillity relaxation reflection and friendship. We offer a regular programme of classes courses workshops and retreats on meditation and modern Buddhism at the Centre here in Matlock Bath and at various venues across the Derbyshire Dales and Amber Valley. Our classes are suited for all levels of experience.
