BACP exists to promote the welfare of the deprived and disadvantaged communities within Rochdale through:- vocational training,IT, Employability courses- welfare, advice & support services- day care centre for the BME elders- gender specific gym facilities- engaging children, young people & women in positive pursuits- language school for the children- community cohesion activities.

We are a long established charitable organisation located at the heart of Rochdales inner city areas in the North West which are amongst the most socially and economically deprived in Rochdale and indeed within the UK itself. The wards themselves have a predominantly Asian population. BACP is recognised as a significant provider of local services supporting the local communities. Our vision is to reduce the deprivation of the ethnic communities within Rochdale and bring to them the opportunities to breakdown social and economic barriers and thereby help in the effective integration with the wider community.
