About Us The Barrow Transport Group The Barrow Transport Group was formed in 1995 by a small group of enthusiasts with the aim of preserving vehicles and artifacts and encouraging interest in the history of public service vehicles in South Cumbria and in Barrow Corporation Transport in particular Down the shed We have a core group of volunteers who regularly work on the maintainance and restoration of our fleet of vehicles. We have regular working parties down the shed which feature tea and cakes quite strongly. We have job to suit all abilaties and new volunteers are always welcome. Contact us for further details.
