Lee ICANGO Lee ICANGO Community transport Our Key Charity Objective to provide community transport in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals groups and families who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth age infirmity or disability financial hardship or social circumstances with theobjectof improving their conditions of life social interaction with others and to reduce social isolation including but not exclusively thoseliving in isolated areas where no adequate transport facilities exist Our aims We serve our local community by providing affordable community transport We work to address social isolation and enable social interaction by helping individuals meet others We enable those with mobility challenges to get out and about to enhance their lives We partner with other groups to support them meet the needs of their members and community How can you support us Serving the local community of LeeontheSolent Hampshire Volunteer drivers needed We are always looking for new drivers to join the team. Your commitment is flexible so you can drive as little or as much as you like. The groups that we support are appreciative of the time our drivers give to enable them to go on trips and outings and attend clubs and events. We provide the training required and you will achieve MiDAS certification for accessible community transport.
