The primary object of the Parochial Church Council (PCC) is the promotion of the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ according to the doctrines and practices of the Church of England. The PCC (Powers) Measure 1956 states that the PCC "isto co-operate with the minister in promoting in the parish the whole mission of the Church, pastoral,evangelistic, social and ecumenical".

Welcome to St Martins and St Stephens St Martins is the parish church for Epsom where we come together to praise God in worship to grow in faith and to support one another on our journey through life. Theres a place for you at St Martins and we look forward to welcoming you soon. We have a regular pattern of Sunday morning services to which all are welcome. Our children enjoy prayer stories songs and craft in the Ark our Sunday morning gathering for the under 10s.
