Care in Mind is an independent registered charity founded in 2009 our aim is to support local people with their physical emotional and mental wellbeing and improving employment prospects by providing accredited support services and also working alongside local businesses by delivering our EAP Employee Assistance Programme. Care in Mind works holistically Care in Mind works holistically with clients administering the Recovery Star as part of our Mind to Progress service. Care in Mind promotes Relapse Prevention Care in Mind also provides a Creative Writing workshop for clients who feel more comfortable expressing themselves through written word one of our main goals is to promote good health and prevent illhealth from recurring our Creative Writing workshop is designed to also identify unhelpful thinking in order to induce positive behaviour.
