Welcome toNormandy Day UK Dennis J Davison1923 2019 The DDay Landings were the turning point in World War 2. The price was high but the consequence of failure could not be contemplated. We must never forget the sacrifices made by our Armed Forces both then and now in protecting our security freedoms and democracy. Most of the Western world has now enjoyed relative peace and security since 1945.
