We are attempting to remove barriers by obtaining funding to offer an intensive pre-employment / training residential course over a 6 week period.Prior to the start of the programme they will complete initial briefing, training which will include team building and an individual skills analysis.Creating the environment for young people to discover and develop themselves. .

There is no more dramatic way of developing young peoples potential than through the Tall Ship educational experience as hundreds of young people sailing with MAST have already discovered. Whatever a young persons background all voyages are inclusive and Sail Training is an experience which allows young people to discover their true mettle and spirit and earn the respect of their peer group.
