The heart of the community Newington Community Centre was built in the 1970s to provide a hub for our local community. The centre was run by the local authority with the support of local residents until July 2007 when Newington Community Association NCA02 took over the running of the building from Thanet District Council. The community is a charity run by the association to provide a large bright spacious hall for the community and surrounding areas to hire for events meetings parties and other occasions. Whats on.
