Meditation Classes and Talks Dear Meditators Guided meditation sessions and talks take place at the Main Temple every Tuesday and Thursday from 700 to 900 pm and every Saturday and Sunday from 300 to 500 pm. The classes are open to everyone and beginners will receive instructions.
