King of Hearts Creative Outreach Home About Us Barrel of Fun Churches Schools Contact More. King of Hearts Creative Outreach operates in the Comberton area of Kidderminster. We work with schoolaged children some of whom have learning difficulties or other disabilities many from lowearning or unemployed families. We seek to provide free of charge a place to go to chat and use our equipment.
