Empowering & equipping individuals and families who experience serious challenges, to take competent charge of their lives, to live well and contribute to the wider community. This is achieved through behavioural, mental and physical health interventions & education with nationally recognised qualifications and supported employment. Participants are given long-term follow up and support.

We believe. students parent carers commissioners Breakthrough Transformation Trust is the registered charity that operates Breakthrough College. Breakthrough Collegeis a DfE registered independent specialist post 16 college. We also accept commissions for compulsory schoolaged learners as an alternative provider up to 15 hours per week.
