WE ARE A LIFECHANGING CHARITY LTSBis a social mobility charity that prepares and supports young people from disadvantaged backgrounds into meaningful roles with major firms. We make sure those at risk of underemployment find careers equal to their ambition and ability and can contribute from their first day on the job. Since 2012 weve worked with 1963 young people providing them with personal and professional development to prepare them for the world of work then working to place them in roles across accountancy finance digital technology customer service law marketing and insurance. OUR PROGRAMME PROMOTION We find talent that is often overlooked through community outreach and networks giving young people the language to describe their future.
