Creating a society where mental health, substance use, homelessness and trauma don’t stand in the way of a fulfilled and healthy life. Relieve people in need with mental ill health, those suffering from substance misuse, ex-offenders, homeless, poor people, aged, disabled or chronically sick by the following means: (a) Housing, accommodation, services including medical, social, welfare, rehabilitative, resettlement and care services; (b) Education, training, employment, mentoring and other similar services.
