CHAC offers a comprehensive range of free and confidential services, including:

Partnerships and Impact

CHAC collaborates with local organizations such as Middlesbrough Council's Welfare Rights Unit, Age UK Teesside, and Citizens Advice to enhance service delivery. In recent years, they have assisted over 12,000 people through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and digital communication platforms.

Mission and Legacy

The mission of CHAC is to alleviate poverty in the Tees Valley by providing critical advice and support to those in need. Despite the passing of its founder, Michael, the organization continues to uphold his legacy by maintaining a strong commitment to serving vulnerable populations. Today, CHAC employs a mix of salaried staff and volunteers who work together to address key social challenges such as homelessness, mental health issues, debt, and substance misuse.
